Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking email as soon as it's dispatched.

Delivery Times (UK)

Delivery times depend on the product:

• UK-stocked items: 2-5 business days after dispatch.
• Items shipped from our international partner warehouses: typically 7-15 business days after dispatch.

If your order contains items from different warehouses, they may arrive in separate parcels - you won't pay extra for this.

Tracking

Every order includes tracking. If you haven't received your tracking link within 4 business days of ordering, check your spam folder or contact us.

International Shipping

Available shipping destinations and rates are shown at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs or import charges, which are the recipient's responsibility.

Delays

Occasionally carriers or customs cause delays outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, email us at daghanbaran01@gmail.com and we'll investigate and put it right.
